Kaky joined Capital Development Services' team in 2004 as the Director of Client Services where she assisted clients with the various tools and services to help them achieve their campaign goals. She now serves clients in a Senior Counsel role. Kaky has worked with many dozens of nonprofits in planning and implementing capital campaigns, feasibility studies, development operations assessments, executive search services, and prospect research.

Before joining Capital Development Services, Kaky worked in Washington, DC at the Smithsonian National Zoo raising major gifts for a $35 million capital campaign, along with managing the highest membership circle at the Zoo. Kaky also worked at The Field School in Washington, DC, helping to guide the school's Annual Fund, the Alumni Relations Program, and a $10 million capital campaign.

Kaky is a Chattanooga, TN native and a graduate of Davidson College. She lives with her husband and son in Greensboro, NC.
