Vicky joined Capital Development Services with over 17 years of experience in the human resource field.  As Bookkeeper she is responsible for the day to day operations of the general and administrative areas.  She serves as the lead operating executive responsible for the following key departments/functions: Finance, Human Resources, Facilities and Administration.

Outside of her daily duties for the company, she enjoys cooking and is an avid SCUBA diver. Vicky came to Raleigh from Colorado and has lived and worked in the Raleigh area for 5 years.
