Charged with the task of recruiting a top notch executive director for an emerging foundation, Capital Development Services conducted an international search to find the perfect fit for the Trust.  By listening closely to the board, the National Park Service, and constituents, Capital Development Services designed a search that specifically targeted the broad experience of the environment sector and used its extensive outreach and 25 years of knowledge and experience to generate over 100 quality applicants submitted their interest.  Through a thorough screening and interviews, CapDev is pleased to announce that the new executive director is in place and working well to promote the support and conservation of Shenandoah National Park.
